Healing practices of meditation, breathwork, yoga and energy medicine have been shown in recent scientific studies to improve the human immune function, increases telomeres (and thus memory), balance emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and fear, increase empathy and even strengthen compassion; therein providing a deeper connection to one's inner guidance and overall wellness.
Philosophy
Kristina's approach is first and foremost drawn from years of study in Tibetan Buddhist Meditation, advanced trainings of SmartFLOW® Yoga, created by Annie Carpenter, and as a professionally trained and certified massage therapist since 2005.
She provides an intuitively crafted therapeutic healing space weaving the practices of yoga, meditation and breath work from the ancient Vedic and Buddhist healing systems, informed by somatic trauma healing, neuroscience, nervous system education, and Depth Hypnosis, integrating her own technique and modalities based on her experiences with integrative bodywork and working in the non-ordinary Earth-based intelligence of shamanism and sound healing.
Kristina works together with you to foster a safe space to bring awareness and connect to your inner wisdom, while clearing obstacles that are stuck in the body: the physical, emotional, mental, and the spiritual body. She works with beginners to seasoned practitioners, and offers a sacred grounding for individual, dyad, group and special celebratory gatherings both in-person and through telehealth.
